1. About Hutash

Hutash is a local AI platform by Appsork. It runs AI models and applications entirely on your device for creative, productivity, and development tasks.

Free for personal and commercial use.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you generate using Hutash.

You must comply with each model's license before use.

You must not use Hutash to:

• Create content that impersonates real people without consent
• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws

AI-generated content may not be accurate — you are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use.

3. Third-Party Models

AI models are created by their respective developers. Appsork packages them for local use but does not train, control, or guarantee their outputs.

4. No Warranty

Hutash is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appsork shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Hutash.

6. Updates

Hutash may check for updates automatically. You control this in Settings.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
